US Deputy Defence Secretary In India

I attended an evening press-briefing by this guy, Bill Lynn, yesterday. He's supposedly No.2 to Bob Gates. Pathetic waste of time. He had a ramrod US Colonel next to him, who wouldn't let him say a word.
