Doing defence with Uncle Sam(US): Please check this site. It will give overview of US-India relation ship. http://www.business-standard.com/india/news/ajai-shukla-doing-defenceuncle-sam/395232/

I think India should not go for US Technologies because they are not allowing india to give sensitive technical data. This is not good as india and us had done many joint exercises and still us is thinking that india should not get the TOT. if india buys f18 fighter US will not completely give TOT to india. India should not go for US fighters nor any other equipments.
India is being friendly to US and US is taking advantage of india. That's not good for INDIA. India Should re-think abt US Tech Transfer.
