well it comes without the gizmos so nothing to say except the fact that our adversary got this birds free of cost & that too including sophisticated equipment which is not there in the indian versionso judge for yourself !!!!
No C130j is MUCH more advanced than PAF basic Hercs.Where is the mid-air refuelling probe seen in previous pics??http://m.youtube.com/index?desktop_uri=%2F&gl=GB#/watch?xl=xl_blazer&v=wAdCzxsA1Zg
@ indian defence forum.. our adversary got this and other aircraft also free of cost because whole world knows they don't have money feed their citizens then how will they fill fuel in the aircrafts..and for filling fuel in the aircraft that nation gets chillad/pocket money annually from USA/China..that nation should definitely be proud that it gets things free.. coz they ain't got the money 2 buy themselves.. :)
At least we got a professional, non-fussy, on-time delivery for a change :-)
Some of the earlier pictures had mid air refuelling probe attached to the plane - right after rollout and also first test flight. Why the delivered version does not have this probe? Can someone explain this to me?
well atleast it got delivered on time..u have to hand it to the americans for completing their job on time...
Bravo bravo! Top job!Now lets sign that damn CISMOA ffs!!Its upto India to take the next step.
The mid flight refueling probe is detachable one....if u can zoom the pic and see there are some square structures...
Qatar ordered four C-130Js in 2008, along with spare parts and training for the Qatari Emiri Air Force. The contract is worth a total of US$393.6 million and deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2011Why is that we are paying hefty US$1.059 Billion. We are nearly paying four times the actual amount...
The IAF have ordered for the C-130J - 30s .. its with a longer fueslage....While the Qatar air force has order the standard C-130J
Shiv: Please tell us why there is no mid air refueling probe? Is it something covered by CISMOA?
