I think "Konkan' refers to Indo-UK and not Indo-French naval exercises.

There is also an ongoing joint exercice with the French, but it is more in the mountains than on the sea (Army exercice Shakti).

one is HMS Naiad,a leander class frigate...i think...and another maybe RFA Argus,a ship of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary.
