FIRST PHOTOS: What The Hypersonic BrahMos II Looks Like

The BrahMos pavilion at Aero India has this model, on display for the first time, of the hypersonic BrahMos II. More on the programme's status later.

Airframe looks a lot similar to HSTDV,way to go Brahmos Aerospace this could be a game changer with it's hypersonic speed,since india doesn't have first strike nuclear deterrent.

But it seems it has got a limited range of 290KM due to Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR).

Looks like they put a triangular cap on the brahmos. Would have liked a square body throughout and not this combo deal!

Looks like poorly made placeholder model to represent 'something hypersonic', massively influenced by DARPA/USAF/Boeing X-51A
